27. Oyuncular Birliği (SAG) Ödülleri sahiplerini buldu. Sinema kategorilerinde The Trial of the Chicago 7 ve Ma Rainey's Black Bottom filmleri öne çıkarken televizyon ödüllerinde The Crown ve Schitt's Creek gecenin kazananı oldular.
2021 Oyuncular Birliği (SAG) Ödülleri, beklenen ödüllerin yanı sıra birtakım sürprizlere de sahne oldu. Ma Rainey's Black Bottom filmindeki performansıyla Chadwick Boseman'ın layık görüldüğü ödül beklenen bir durumken, aynı filmden Viola Davis bir sürprize imza atarak En İyi Kadın Oyuncu kategorisinde ödüle uzandı.
