Netflix yayınladığı orijinal dizi bölümü sayısıyla rekor kırdı
Netflix, 2022'nin üçüncü çeyreğinde yayınladığı 1026 orijinal dizi bölümüyle bu alanda kendisine ait olan rekoru tazeledi. Aynı dönemde; Amazon 223, Hulu 194, Disney+ 140, HBO Max ise 114 orijinal dizi bölümü yayınladı.
Wall Street firması MoffettNathanson tarafından yapılan hesaplamaya göre Netflix, 159 orijinal dizinin prömiyerini yaptığı 2022'nin üçüncü çeyreğinde yayınladığı 1026 orijinal bölümle bu alanda yeni bir rekor kırdı. Platform bunu 2021'in 4. çeyreğinde yayınladığı 143 dizi ve 900 civarı bölümle sahip olduğu bir önceki en yüksek sayıyı geçerek başardı.
Netflix'in bu çeyrekte prömiyerini yaptığı diziler arasında The Sandman, Cobra Kai (5. sezon), Locke&Key (3. sezon), How to Build a Sex Room, Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story'nin yanı sıra Zeytin Ağacı (Another Self) ve Terim belgeseli gibi yerli yapımlar yer alıyor. Stranger Things'in 4. sezonunun son iki bölümünün de yayınlandığı bu dönemde Netflix'te ekrana gelmesine rağmen televizyonda ilk gösterimi olmayan Riverdale (6. sezon), The Flash (8. sezon), In the Dark (4. sezon), Dynasty (5. sezon) ve Roswell, New Mexico (4. sezon) gibi dizilerin bölümleriyse yapılan sayımda hesaba katılmadı.
